Guggach offers furnished and fully equipped cosy apartments in a range of sizes from 22 m² to 55 m², available as studios or with a separate bedroom. The non-smoking apartments are particularly suited to project employees, expats or individuals looking for a temporary furnished home with cleaning service.

In-House Benefits for Guests

On the ground floor guests will find a grocery store (Denner) for everyday needs. Right next door, guests can pick up fresh bread and pastries from the bakery, or enjoy a meal or drink at the café.

On the first floor you will be personally welcomed by the Guggach team at the reception. Right beside it is our cosy smoking lounge and the fitness room with various equipment.

Guests can unwind in the whirlpool, steam room or on the terrace with views over the city of Zurich on the 7th floor.

Underground parking spaces are available and can be additionally rented as required.

The Guggach building is located directly at Bucheggplatz in the city of Zurich. The square sits between the city centre, Oerlikon and Hardbrücke – a very central position from which many places in the city can be reached quickly.

Public Transport

Several tram and bus lines run from Bucheggplatz towards the main station, Lake Zurich, Oerlikon station, the airport and Hardbrücke.

Private Transport

The motorway connection towards the airport, St. Gallen and Bern starts directly at Bucheggplatz.

A forest and recreational area adjoins directly behind the apartment building, offering sports and leisure opportunities.

Yes, this is possible with the city of Zurich as long as your contract lasts at least one month. Please ask reception for a special form and inform reception that you intend to register with the authorities as your home address. You can find more information on this topic on the City of Zurich website at Immigrating to Zurich. Unfortunately the site is only available in German.
Yes, we offer weekly cleaning service for all apartments. This service includes cleaning the floors, surfaces, bathrooms and kitchen areas. Bed linen and towels are also changed. After your stay, the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guest. These services are generally included in the price (subject to additional costs due to excessive contamination). Additional towels per week can be rented.

Alternatively, you can contact our reception by phone or email to make a booking or clarify any questions. Yes, this is possible, provided that the contract has been concluded in advance and the invoice has already been paid. You will receive a code for the key safe at the entrance so that you can check in late in the evening or on weekends. Please inform reception of your expected arrival time in advance so that we can ensure you receive the code on time and ensure a smooth check-in. Please come to reception on the following working day with your ID to complete the check-in process.
