On the ground floor of the Guggach you will find everything for your daily needs.
The Denner grocery store offers food as well as household items for everyday use. (Open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00)
Right next door, the Hausammann bakery (Zopfbeck) invites you in with fresh bread, sweet treats, and a variety of breakfast options. In the adjoining café you can enjoy coffee and small dishes on site or take them away. (Open Monday to Sunday)
For guests with an electric car, an Electra fast charging station is available. (Open 24/7)

On the first floor you will be welcomed personally at the reception by the Guggach team. Here we organise your check-in, answer questions about your apartment and the surrounding area, and offer small services such as printing documents.
Right next to the reception you will find our cozy smoking lounge and the fitness room.

On the first floor, our fitness room is available to guests.
It is equipped with modern devices, including a treadmill, a stepper, a rowing machine, two bicycles, dumbbells, and mats for yoga and other floor exercises.
Use is available for a small fee and at your own responsibility (without coaching).

On the seventh floor our spa area awaits you, with a whirlpool, steam bath, loungers, and a spacious terrace with views over the city of Zurich. Unfortunately we do not have room for a classic pool or sauna.
The spa is open to all guests who have booked the spa subscription. Please come to the reception for more information — we will be happy to show you around.

The Guggach has an underground parking garage on two levels.
The parking spaces on the upper level are publicly accessible and can be used by the hour via a barrier system.
On the non-public level, parking spaces can be rented daily or monthly.
For bicycles, a lockable bicycle room is available inside the underground garage.

Sustainable and comfortable
The Guggach meets the Swiss Minergie standard. A geothermal probe system provides passive cooling (note: not to be confused with active air conditioning): in summer the room temperature stays around 24 to 25 °C, even when it is 30 °C outside. In winter the room temperature can be regulated between 21 and 24 °C.
The apartments are supplied with fresh outdoor air 24 hours a day. The windows are sound-insulated, meaning that despite the central location at Bucheggplatz you will hear almost no traffic noise in your apartment.
