Welcome to the Guggach Apartôtel

Here you will find out how to get your apartment key, both during and outside our opening hours.

Check-in during opening hours

During opening hours, please check in at our reception on the 1st floor. There you will receive your key card and all the information about your stay.

Getting here

By public transport: the «Bucheggplatz» stop is right in front of the building. Cross the street and use our main entrance. The reception is on the 1st floor.

By car or taxi: drive around the building towards the Guggach car park. There are visitor parking spaces in the courtyard. The reception entrance is to the left of the visitor parking spaces.

Check-in outside opening hours

If you arrive outside our opening hours, you have two options:

Option 1: Key box at the entrance

Site plan: location of the key boxes and the main entrance.

Key boxes are available in the building’s courtyard. Open the compartment with your personal code and then press the hash key (#).

  1. Go to the main entrance at Bucheggplatz next to the bakery (see the site plan).
  2. Enter your personal code on the keypad.
  3. Press the hash key (#).
  4. Take your key card and close the compartment carefully.

You will find your personal code in your booking confirmation – for security reasons it is not shown on this page.

If the code does not work, try the other safe (main entrance or courtyard). If you have any problems, you can reach us around the clock via the emergency button on the door intercom.

Option 2: Digital key on your smartphone (Salto JustIN)

With the Salto JustIN app, your smartphone becomes your room key. All we need is your mobile number – we send the digital key directly to your device.

  1. Download the JustIN app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enter your name and mobile number below and confirm the request.
  3. We will review your details and send the key to your smartphone.
  4. Open the doors as usual – hold your smartphone against the lock.

Video guide

The video is in English and shows the flow on iPhone (iOS).

The video is loaded from YouTube (Google). This transfers data such as your IP address to Google in the USA. Please agree to load the video. More in the privacy policy.

Important: your key card or digital key is only assigned on the day of arrival or one day before. You can send the request earlier, but it will only be released at that time.
