Five of our apartments have a living area of more than 40 m². These flats feature a separate bedroom, a generous living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The layout allows for an additional workspace or a seating area.
The spacious apartments are particularly suitable for stays of one month or longer. They are popular with expats, visiting researchers, and business travellers with families. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and sufficient crockery for four people. A utility room with washing machine and dryer is available on the ground floor.

The apartment is for those who need a little more space. The bedroom with workspace is somewhat separate. The kitchen has a dishwasher and oven.
